Tiny Drawings Everywhere
I enjoy drawing with cheap and accessible materials, and doing so in fast, low-stakes settings lets me find joy in the process of making rather than laboring over perfection.
Drawing with sharpies on Post-its affords a high contrast and a low level of detail that makes you pick only the essential details to get your message across, a challenge that’s a whole new beast when it comes to handwritten typography. And if it doesn’t go well, you just move onto a new sticky note.
They’re a fun thing to just hand off to friends and coworkers to offer a little joy to the world. I draw some almost every day.
