With this video, we set out to showcase NeigerDesign’s work and proficiency in design while highlighting the company’s friendly, approachable culture, using the tiger mascot to illustrate their prowess in the field of design and marketing.

Process

This was the storyboard I used to outline the script and shot list. To make our video stand out from videos on competitors’ sites, we incorporated both animation and video into a narrative instead of just showing a slideshow of work.

Early visual tests crafting the metaphor. I scoured Adobe Stock for tiger footage that showed tigers doing the onscreen text, like equating a tiger stalking prey to NeigerDesign keeping their eye on the ball.

We brainstormed ways to equate the company to their tiger mascot – distinctive and adept at what they do.

After some research, I picked a “digital collage” style to the video. For one, it seems to have some staying power in the video world, and secondly, it let me incorporate some existing assets we had -- like these collage tiger illustrations.
